FRIDAY WIND
Count on partly sunny skies today. You may catch a brief sprinkle or flurry this morning, but activity will be isolated. Most of the day will be dry and windy. Gusts will mainly range from 35-45 mph this morning and afternoon, but could peak around 50 mph in central and western MA. Temperatures will hold steady in the morning and dip this afternoon. Plan on all day 30s!
WEEKEND STORM
Saturday will feature increasing clouds. Snow is set to move in between roughly 8-10 PM. The heaviest will fall from midnight through 7 AM Sunday morning, lightening up and fading by late morning.
A widespread 5-9″ of snow is expected across southern New England. The Outer Cape and Islands may see slightly lower numbers (3-6″) because of milder temperatures and a wetter, more compact snow there.
Conditions will be dry for your Super Bowl plan Sunday afternoon and evening.
