FRIDAY CHILL
The weather will be cold and breezy today. Gusts 20-35 mph will not be as strong as early week, but will keep you shivering. Highs around 30 degrees will feel more like the teens to about 20. Grab sunglasses along with those warm layers!
WEEKEND IN VIEW
Here comes the melting! Highs will finally crack the freezing mark this weekend with mid 30s Saturday and 40 degrees in some spots Sunday. Runoff from the snowbanks will re-freeze at night, so be careful for icy spots each morning.
WARMING UP
Temperatures continue to rise next week with 40s and possibly some 50s! Stay alert for icy patches in the mornings. We also tend to see many pothole develop with the mild days and chilly nights, especially with any little rain we squeeze out. A spot sprinkle or two may fall early or mid week. The better chance for rain will arrive late week.
