THANKSGIVING FORECAST
If you’re hitting the road or catching a flight on Wednesday, you’re in luck. The weather looks perfect for travel, with dry conditions and highs in the upper 40s. It’ll be cold, but dry, for Thanksgiving eve festivities.
That all changes for Thanksgiving as a storm that will impact our region moves in to our area. Southern New England will get mostly rain with gusty wind. There will be mixing and snow at higher elevations north and west of RT 2 where 1-3″ accumulation will happen. The tallest peaks of the White Mountains may see higher totals, up to 6″.
The storm will clear out by Friday morning, keeping your shopping plan clear! Dress for a chill through the weekend with below average temperatures. Travel will have no weather issues in the northeast through early next week.
