Boston 25 Weather

Low humidity, abundant sun this weekend

WEEKEND IN VIEW

Saturday will be one of the nicest days of the summer if you like the warmth! We’ll begin the day near 60 degrees thanks to the dry air, but that dry air and sunny sky will allow us to warm into the mid 80s by the afternoon. Wind off the land will allow coastal areas to break 80 degrees too. It will be a great day for anything outside and on the water, just remember the sunscreen!

Sunday will be a nice one until the late evening. The day will be marked with high temps in the low to mid 80s with coastal areas closer just a tad cooler. The day will be mostly sunny, but clouds will begin to gather after dark. There is a low chance for a shower or two reaching the Cape & Islands before midnight, but the day will remain dry otherwise.

SUMMER HEATS UP NEXT WEEK

An area of low pressure offshore will brush New England on Monday. There will be more clouds than sun and some areas will experience light rain showers. It won’t be as warm either with highs in the upper 70s. The system will also be responsible for an afternoon storm threat across interior New England on Tuesday as highs return to the mid 80s. We’ll watch as a warming trend continues through the remainder of the work week. You can expect humidity to increase too.
