WEEKEND IN VIEW
Saturday morning begins in the low 30s, but it will not stay that cold for very long. Thanks to a southwesterly breeze and mostly sunny morning sky, temps will reach the low to mid 50s by lunchtime! Highs should eventually top off around 60 before a cold front arrives in the evening. A brief round of showers are possible as it crosses the state, but most will stay dry.
Expect colder weather as we head into Sunday morning behind the front. It will be another breezy day and feels-like temps will be in the 20s and 30s for the most part. Luckily, a sunny sky will accompany.
NEXT WEEK
Monday morning we start with a brief period of snow or mixing as our next system arrives. We will quickly flip to plain rain as the day begins and temps rise, however. Worst case is a wash-away-coating in the morning in some towns. About 1/2″ of rain is expected as the precip continues into the afternoon.
The majority of the upcoming work week will be near-average, if not a little bit milder, with highs in the 45-55 range.
