BOSTON — Have you noticed that you've been sneezing up a storm recently? Just blame the calendar date!

Trees bud and green before most flowers bloom. Weeds, like ragweed and nettle, won’t act up until later this summer.
The worst allergy days will be the hot, dry and windy ones, but you’ll find more relief on rainy days as showers “wash” the pollen out of the air.
If your eyes or nose are runny, you have a sore throat, sneezing, wheezing, or have a headache it’s a good time to check in with your doctor or find a good over the counter allergy treatment.
