Original article: Authorities closed both sides of a busy Dorchester roadway Monday morning after a deluge in the area.
State Police say both sides of Morrissey Boulevard as well as the ramp from Route 93 to Morrissey are closed due to flooding. They’re encouraging drivers to find an alternate route.
Delays are expected in the area as a result of the road closure.
Officials will update the public when the boulevard reopens.
