Two men arrested for fentanyl and cocaine possession after speeding on NH highway, police say

GREENLAND, N.H. — Two Merrimack Valley residents were charged with drug and gun offenses following a motor vehicle stop on January 2, according to authorities.

25-year-old Abigail Arias Gonzalez and 23-year-old Justane Garcia, both of Lawrence, were charged with possession of a narcotic drug with intent to distribute and felon in possession of a firearm.

New Hampshire State Police say the duo were pulled over for speeding on I-95 in Greenland when a gun was seized from the car, along with approximately 200 grams of fentanyl and 100 grams of cocaine.

Both Gonzalez and Garcia were processed and released. They will be arraigned in Portsmouth District Court on February 24.
