Popular breakfast chain opening first location in New England

HANOVER, Mass. — A popular Florida breakfast chain is opening its first location in New England.

First Watch, a made-to-order breakfast, brunch, and lunch restaurant will open in the Hanover Commons on Monday, January 20.

The new 3,500-square-foot restaurant will offer 118 seats, a covered patio, and an indoor/outdoor bar.

First Watch’s chef-driven menu rotates five times a year and includes elevated executions of classic favorites alongside specialties such as its Quinoa Power Bowl, Lemon Ricotta Pancakes, Chickichanga, Morning Meditation fresh juice, and signature Million Dollar Bacon.

Founded in 1983, First Watch has more than 540 restaurants in 30 states.

First Watch is also known for its juice program. The juices are made in-house every morning with fresh ingredients and change based on the season.
