BOSTON — Authorities are asking for the public’s help identifying a suspect accused of a stabbing in Dorchester on Thursday night.
Boston Police say a victim was stabbed in the area of 1660 Dorchester Avenue around 8:47 p.m. on January 9. The victim was transported to an area hospital for treatment.
The suspect in this case is described as a Black man wearing a black jacket with a gray hood, black pants, brown boots, and a black winter hat with a tag visible on the top, according to investigators.
Anyone with information about the suspect pictured is strongly urged to contact District C-11 Detectives at (617) 343-4335.
The facts and circumstances leading to the stabbing remain under investigation.
