AUBURN, Mass. — A Worcester man is facing charges after allegedly exposing himself to three juveniles inside a bathroom on Tuesday.
62-year-old Hector Diaz is charged with open and gross lewdness and lascivious behavior.
According to police, they received a call at approximately 4:15 p.m. that an adult male, later identified as Diaz, exited a bathroom stall at the Macy’s store with his pants down, exposing himself to three juvenile victims.
The victims claimed Diaz knew they were in the common area of the bathroom when he committed the lewd act.
The victims immediately notified a store employee, who called police.
Diaz was held on $5,000 cash bail and arraigned in Worcester District Court on January 15.
He was released on personal personal recognizance and ordered to stay away from and not to contact the victim. He was given a verbal no trespass order by Detectives and will be given a formal no trespass order by Macy’s.
