Hull paraprofessional accused of having inappropriate relationships with high school students

HULL, Mass. — A paraprofessional at the South Shore Educational Collaborative was placed on leave Wednesday following allegations of inappropriate conduct with students.

In a joint statement, South Shore Educational Collaborative Executive Director Michael Losche and Hull Public Schools Superintendent Michael Jette said, “the allegations involve inappropriate relationships between the paraprofessional and students enrolled in Hull High School.”

The full-time paraprofessional, who officials did not identify, was placed on leave, consistent with district policies. Hull Police were also notified and say they’ve launched their own investigation into what happened.

The Department of Children and Families is also investigating the matter, according to district officials.

No further information was immediately available.

The South Shore Educational Collaborative program is housed at Hull High School.
