Police: NH man indicted on 40 counts related to child sexual abuse

MANCHESTER, N.H. — A Manchester man was indicted Friday on numerous charges for allegedly sexually assaulting children.

26-year-old Alexander Haggie was arrested in October 2024, according to Manchester Police, and was indicted on the following charges:

• 9 Counts of Aggravated Felonious Sexual Assault
• 8 Counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child
• 4 Counts of Endangering- Solicit Sex
• 3 Counts of Pattern Aggravated Felonious Sexual Assault
• 3 Counts of Witness Tampering/Induce Other
• 2 Counts of Indecent Exposure/ Sex Act, Child <16
• 2 Counts of 2nd Degree Assault; Strangulation
• 2 Counts of Criminal Threatening- conduct
• 2 Counts of Sexual Assault- Sexual Contact

He also faces 5 other separate charges related to child sexual abuse, according to authorities. Haggie is being held on preventative detention and is scheduled for arraignment on February 24.

His girlfriend, 29-year-old Nicole Menard, was arrested in November and released on $500 cash bail. She is now indicted on two counts of witness tampering and one count of endangering the welfare of a child.

Menard is scheduled for arraignment on February 21.
