BOSTON — The discovery of a body near the Andrew McArdle Bridge has prompted an investigation by homicide detectives.
Early Saturday morning at approximately 7:20 A.M., reports of an object floating near the McArdle Bridge came in.
Officers in the area, alongside the Harbor Patrol Unit, were dispatched to investigate.
Upon arrival, officers determined that the object was a floating body, and harbor patrol recovered the victim. EMS was called in and announced the person was deceased.
Homicide detectives were called in and are currently investigating the scene.
