Just before 4:30 p.m. on February 5, Boston Police say an Uber Eats delivery driver was robbed of his vehicle by two people wearing ski masks in the area of 75 Archdale.

The victim was uninjured, but reportedly told officers one of the suspects was carrying a gun. Investigators were also told that three people entered the car before it took off.

The stolen vehicle was later recovered behind 237 Cummins Highway, according to police, and was towed for further investigation.

Around 8:10 p.m., officers saw three people matching the description of the suspects near Cummins Highway and Hyde Park Avenue before losing sight of them.

Officers found the trio walking on Rowe Street and allegedly tried speaking with them before the 15-year-old suspect ran away holding his waistband.

According to authorities, the officers tracked down and arrested the runaway teen suspect in the backyard of 237 Cummins Highway. They allegedly found a discarded Ghost Gun with a laser sight attachment in the nearby vicinity. Investigators say the gun had one round in the chamber with four rounds in the magazine.

The other two suspects, Perry and Suarez-Rosario, were arrested in the area of Cummins Highway and Brown Avenue without incident.

They are both expected to be arraigned in West Roxbury District Court on Thursday.
