Rain for some

Comfortable stretch

An area of low pressure will pass south of New England and clip some towns south of the Mass Pike with showers today. The best chance looks to move across RI and southeastern MA, although I can’t rule out a spritz in the Boston area early this afternoon. Elsewhere, expect partly to mostly cloudy skies. Highs will peak in the lower 80s inland and 70s at the coast. It’s still a bit on the humid side, but that is about to change.

Patchy fog will develop overnight with the slight chance for a stray shower.

We have a pleasant stretch of weather heading our way for the end of the week. Humidity will drop to a comfortable range.

Partly cloudy skies will stick around Friday with the chance for a lonely pop up shower in southern New England. Most towns will remain dry with highs in the upper 70s.

Saturday’s weather pattern features some cool air aloft. That will trigger partly to mostly cloudy skies in the afternoon. The weather looks dry for now. Sunday seems like the pick with more sun and highs in the lower 80s.
