MILFORD, Mass. — A man has died after he was hit by a car near a fast food restaurant in Milford early Sunday morning.
Milford Police say they responded to Dilla Street near the rear entrance of Wendy’s around 4:15 a.m. for a report of a pedestrian struck by a car.
The 31-year-old male victim suffered fatal injuries in the accident, according to authorities. His identity has not been released at this time.
The driver of the car remained on scene and it is unknown if they will face any charges.
The accident is under investigation by Milford Police and the Worcester DA’s Office.
